  • Ginger And Turmeric Powder

  • Garlic Cloves And Ginger

  • Adhota

  • Boil cumin seeds and inhale the steam. It helps to open a congested bronchial passage.
  • Take 11 black pepper, 11 guava leaves, one cup of water, and one cup of milk.  Put them all together in a pot and boil well until it is reduced to one cup. Take daily on an empty stomach for at least six months or one year for excellent results.
